Printers and scanners

Almost all printers come with an HP warranty card. For a mechanical fault, contact your nearest HP warranty centre directly. HP has centres in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Peshawar. We're happy to help you with the warranty process.

Warranty claims follow the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions, and the manufacturer's decision applies.

Not covered

• Toners (black and colour laser), drum units, ink cartridges, print heads and all consumables carry no warranty under any circumstances.
• Burnt or damaged units are not covered.
