What to do if something is wrong with your order.

No returns

We do not accept returns after purchase. If you're unsure which product fits your printer, message us on WhatsApp at +92 3009664566 before ordering and we'll confirm the exact match.

Wrong item sent by us

If we send you the wrong item by mistake, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 3009664566 with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it, and we pay the courier charges.

Courier damage

We are not responsible for damage caused by the courier. Please check your parcel in front of the rider before accepting it.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched, by WhatsApp or phone at +92 3009664566. If you've already paid, we refund 100% of your payment the same day to the account you give us.
