Privacy policy

This policy explains what CAPTech.pk collects when you use this website, and why.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, any order notes, and what you bought.
• When you pay by bank transfer: the receipt you upload and the transaction ID, so we can check the payment.
• When you create an account: your name, email, phone number, a securely stored password, and any addresses you save.
• When you send an enquiry: your name, phone number, email if you give it, and your message.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, contact you about them, answer your questions, and keep records for our accounts. We don't sell your details to anyone.

Who we share it with

The courier who delivers your order receives your name, phone number and address. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies and statistics

If you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in. Your cart is saved in your own browser. If we use visitor statistics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), they receive which products were viewed or bought and the order value — not your name, phone number or address.

Your choices
