How do I find the right ink for my printer?

Type your printer model into Find ink for my printer, or into the search bar at the top — we show the supplies listed for that model. Not sure? Send us your printer model or a photo of your old cartridge on WhatsApp at +92 3009664566.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can order as a guest. With an account you can see your order history and save your addresses.

How can I pay?

By bank transfer. After you order, the order page shows our bank details — transfer the amount and upload your receipt there. See Delivery & payment.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

No, we accept bank transfer only. Your order is dispatched as soon as the payment is confirmed.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs Rs 750. Orders of Rs 25,000 or more are delivered free.

How do I track my order?

Go to Track an order and enter your order number and phone number.

Is there a warranty?

Printers and scanners have a one year repair warranty of the unit. See Warranty.

Can I visit the shop?
